Fifteen years on site alongside my father

I learned the trade on the job, with my father, over fifteen years. Renovating, buying and reselling apartments: we did a bit of everything, in France and then in Spain. That is where I understood that a successful project comes down to two things, attention to detail and keeping your word.

Settled in Madrid with my family, I saw many French people put their renovation off. They had plans, but no wish to negotiate everything in Spanish or to chase tradespeople who never call back.

So I founded Nexo Forma: a French renovation company in Madrid that manages the whole project, and one you can talk to as you would to a fellow countryman.

The quote, the follow-up and the dealings with the comunidad (the building's owners' association) all happen in your language. We translate the site for you.

Plumbing, electrics, plasterboard, joinery, painting: we coordinate every trade and stand behind the whole job.

Grout lines, alignments, paint touch-ups: it is what you notice last and what we forget least.

Do your teams speak French?

Your project manager works in French and Spanish, from the quote to the end of the site. On site, he coordinates the tradespeople in Spanish, so that you never have to.

Are you a registered company in Spain?

Yes. Nexo Forma SL is a registered Spanish company (CIF B10713261) and invoices with Spanish VAT.

Do you work with architects and interior designers?

Yes, gladly. We can build from the plans of an architect you have chosen, or take charge of the design when the project calls for it.

Do you work outside Madrid?

Madrid and its region remain our priority. For a fine project on the Costa del Sol (Marbella) or the Costa Blanca, where we have already worked, we look at each request individually.
